Who may be an Algarbrick client (registered user)?
All professionals on the real estate business that wish to use the functionalities provided by Algarbrick’s site. Companies and individuals legally constituted and certified to perform activities of attainment of clients and property mediation may register.
What is the cost of the register and utilization of the functionalities available in Algarbrick’s website?
None. The client's registration, the use of the system and of it's functionalities are totally cost free.
What types of registration are available in the website?
The Algarbrick’s website has two available types of registration: Client-Company User and Client-Individual User. This distinction comes from the need to categorize the clients, and to order them when necessary.
Which User Registration should I choose?
If you are a property business, certified to mediate property activities, you should choose the Client-Company registration. The Client-Company may manage a registered salesman portfolio (client-individual) and configure the users' privileges and restrictions concerning the access to the functionalities available in the system.
If you are an independent worker (freelancer) or qualified salesman of a client-company registered as such, you should choose the Client-Individual registration. Except qualified salesmen, whose access to the functionalities of the system is administrated by the Client-company responsible, the Client-individual will have default access to all functionalities available in the system.
What should I do to register in Algarbrick?
If the user fulfils the minimal requirements to become a registered client you only need to fill in the on-line form and submit it afterwards. In the meantime you will receive an Algarbrick message confirming your registration request. Then you just have to wait for the provided information to be validated by administrator of Algarbrick and that’s it: Your client account is now active. At that moment another message confirming your registration and providing you with your data to accede the reserved and personalized area of Algarbrick’s website will be sent.
As a registered Client do I need any other document?
Yes. For legal reasons the mediator entities need to have an updated Real Estate mediation contract, celebrated with the entity that detains the possession and the property of real estate to mediate, which formalizes and legitimates the activity concerning the object of the same contract.
