This fact and the usage of the Símbolo De Empresa Associada guarantee that Algarbrick is an AECOPS associate and therefore a construction company constituted regularly and with qualifications requested by law.

Algarbrick Construções, Lda holds the building permit issued by IMOPPI with the number 45128 with the following licences:
- General contractor or general constructer of traditional construction buildings – Class 5;
- General contractor or general constructer of urbanization works – Class 2
IMOPPI promotes the qualification of the building and public works companies and attributes the certificates of classification of the industrial building construction (building permits) to the companies which prove to have commercial idoneity, technical capacity, experience and economical power.

It started some years ago with Algarbrick Construções, Lda. At that time we started creating different projects. Different from all the rest by their perfect inclusion in the environment, their reliability and by the customized follow-up to all clients who invested in them, during and after its construction. After fulfilling this vision, we immediately wanted to create a new Cenário. The things we built with Algarbrick gave us better understanding of the region we are working and living in. We respect our region. We cherish it.
A feeling that allows us to see things in a different way, a feeling we use to serve others. This project is made out of two components: Cenário Tourism and Cenário Events. Two different action fields, that both get their power from the same values of this country: culture, patrimony, geography and gastronomy, the soul of the people, giving us our identity and bringing us back to our origins, to a life where things were simple...

A new partnership between the Algarbrick and SAP Solutions established to improve the management and administration of the company. The new implemented solution consists of a system supported by ERP SAP Business One, that will guarantee, in the Construction processes and Maintenance of real estate projects, Commercial Management, Administrative and Financial areas, an efficient management and control of the integrated business processes, with the consequent final and full satisfaction of customers and suppliers.

The company Fotossíntese, Processos Sustentáveis, Lda., was created in 2007 by unifying two companies, both specialized in their domain, to maximize their technical and professional capacities, and by these means diversify and qualify their offer of integrated products. This way they offer a broad spectrum of renewable energy and technical installations, focusing on the supply and installation of Solar Panels, Photovoltaic panels, Self Sustaining Energy Production, Air Quality, Air Conditioning and building management systems. The company will also proceed with Thermal and Environmental Certification of existing and new buildings.
